100 ton lowbed trailer is designed to meet the needs of customers in Zimbabwe. Its main purpose is to transport large machinery and equipment. Considering the complex conditions of African roads, our engineers have designed strong axles, thickened leaf springs and heavy-duty suspensions to ensure that the trailer can adapt to various harsh road conditions.

The low-bed trailer uses a 4mm checkered floor, and the main beam is made of Q345B carbon steel, which is designed as an “H” beam to ensure the stability and strength of the body structure. In addition, the 100 ton lowbed trailer can be equipped with a mechanical ladder ramp or a hydraulic ramp for easy loading and unloading.

The 100 ton lowbed trailer uses 13 ton FD brand axles and 16 ton brake pads, and can carry a maximum of 100 tons of cargo. The landing gear adopts JOST brand 28T lifting capacity, and the towing pin uses JOST brand 2.00 or 3.5 inches. The suspension is a mechanical suspension reinforced type, and the leaf spring is 90mm(W)*16mm(T)*10 layers. This lowbed trailer is higher quality and lasts longer than cheap lowbed trailers.

The car is equipped with 12R22.5 * 12pcs tires, and other models can also be selected according to the road conditions of the usage scene. In addition, the trailer is also equipped with a standard tool box, which is convenient for users to maintain and repair during transportation.
